Overview
Steer is an iOS app for reviewing App Store Connect revenue, subscriptions, reviews, widgets, and report-ready notifications. You provide your own App Store Connect API credentials when you choose to connect live data.
Data Stored On Your Device
Steer stores your Issuer ID, Key ID, private key, vendor number, selected app state, cached dashboard data, local review history, widget snapshots, and app settings on your device. Sensitive credentials are stored in iOS Keychain. Dashboard cache and widget snapshots are stored locally in the app sandbox or app group used by widgets.
Apple Services
When live mode is enabled, Steer uses the credentials you provide to request reports, reviews, and related App Store Connect data from Apple APIs. Apple may process those requests according to Apple terms and privacy policies.
Subscriptions
Steer Pro subscriptions are purchased through the App Store using StoreKit. Apple handles payment processing, subscription management, refunds, and billing information. Steer receives entitlement status from Apple to unlock Pro features.
Permissions
Steer may ask for notification permission to alert you when reports are ready. Steer may ask for permission to add photos when you save a review share card. You can change these permissions in iOS Settings.
No Ads Or Tracking SDK
Steer does not include ad SDKs, third-party tracking SDKs, or a hosted account service for your dashboard data. Steer does not sell your personal information.
